 "It was great joining Njideka Akunyili Crosby — a gifted Nigerian-born, Los Angeles-based artist — to unveil our first portrait together. This piece reflects so many chapters of Michelle and my story, and we’re thrilled that it will be on display in the Hope and Change lobby at the Obama Presidential Center starting this Juneteenth". Njideks Akunyili is the daughter of Dora Akunyili, who was the Director-General of National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) of Nigeria from 2001 to 2008.  NASS Extends 2024 Budget to Dec 2025, Experts Raise Credibility Concerns

The National Assembly has extended the 2024 capital budget implementation to December 2025, marking the second rollover amid delays in project execution and funding. Lawmakers cited the need to complete key projects, while experts warned the move undermines fiscal discipline and reflects deep flaws in Nigeria’s budget process.


Economists urged reforms to ensure realistic budgeting, citing oil revenue shortfalls and overambitious projections. Some lawmakers blamed political distractions and weak revenue performance for the delays, while others defended the extension as necessary to avoid project abandonment.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
