 IGP DISU PAYS OPERATIONAL VISIT TO  AKWA IBOM, PRESIDES OVER PASSING-OUT CEREMONY OF 1,068 RETRAINED CONSTABLES The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, today, 30th April 2026, undertook an official visit to Akwa Ibom State, where he paid a courtesy call on the Executive Governor, His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, ahead of the passing-out ceremony of retrained Police Constables in Uyo.  UGANDA'S 86-YR-OLD LAWMAKER SEEKS REELECTION AFTER 54 YRS IN GOVT


An 86-year-old lawmaker in Uganda is seeking reelection after serving in government for 54 years.


Representing Adjumani West parliamentary constituency, Moses Ali said he is still fit for another term in office.


Ali is a retired Lieutenant-General, Deputy Prime Minister, and former Minister.


He urged his constituents to re-elect him for another term in 2026. Many people bear witness that the veteran lawmaker continues to play a prominent role in the country's political landscape.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
