 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville.  Anambra State Government Arrests Illegal Revenue Collectors In Nnewi


Anambra State Government has arrested some illegal revenue collectors who molest commercial motorcyclists, wheelbarrow pushers, hawkers among others at Okada White House Nnewi, Nnewi North Local Government Area.


Parading the suspects, the Commander in charge of illegal revenue collection in Anambra State Internal Revenue Service (AIRS), Comrade Nathan Obikwelu said that the suspects were arrested collecting money from motorcycle operators, hawkers and wheelbarrow pushers which Governor Chukwuma Soludo has banned in the State.


Comrade Obikwelu made it clear that the suspects would be charged to court to serve as a deterrent to others, urging all illegal revenue collectors in the State to leave or face arrest and prosecution.


Two of the arrested suspects, messers Florence Agonye and Chioma Oluchukwu claimed that they are not aware that the Governor has banned the collection, and revealed that they are working for a man called Azuka Agbodike from Uruagu, Nnewi.
