 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots.  Concerns Grow As Kaduna Man Posts Suicide Note On Facebook


A wave of concern has swept through social media after a man from Kaduna, identified as Solomon Ahmadu Kassai, shared a distressing message on his Facebook page that appears to be a suicide note.


In the emotional post, Kassai wrote:


"SUICIDAL! God knows I try! To my family and friends please don't cry for me just pray for me to find rest. I love you all, we'll meet on the other side."


The message has triggered an outpouring of reactions from friends, family, and the online community, many of whom are urging him to stay strong and seek help. 


Some individuals are reportedly working to locate Kassai and ensure his safety.


As of the time of this report, it is unclear whether contact has been made with him or if any intervention has taken place. 


Concerned Nigerians are calling for swift action from authorities and mental health professionals.
