 IGP DISU PAYS OPERATIONAL VISIT TO  AKWA IBOM, PRESIDES OVER PASSING-OUT CEREMONY OF 1,068 RETRAINED CONSTABLES The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, today, 30th April 2026, undertook an official visit to Akwa Ibom State, where he paid a courtesy call on the Executive Governor, His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, ahead of the passing-out ceremony of retrained Police Constables in Uyo. INDIAN ACTOR AASIF KHAN, RECENTLY SUFFERED A HEART ATTACK AND WAS ADMITTED TO KOKILABEN HOSPITAL IN MUMBAI TWO DAYS AGO. (PHOTOS).


 Actor Aasif Khan, known for his roles in Paatal Lok and Panchayat, recently suffered a heart attack and was admitted to Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai two days ago. 

According to sources, his condition is stable now and he is expected to be discharged within a few days.


Aasif shared a heartfelt message from the hospital on his Instagram stories, along with a photo. He wrote, “Life is short, don’t take one day for granted… be grateful for all you have and all that you are.” The message reflected his gratitude and reminded his followers to cherish their loved ones and the gift of life.


In an exclusive statement to India Today, Aasif said, “Over the past few hours, I’ve been dealing with some health issues that required hospitalisation. I’m grateful to share that I’m now on the road to recovery and feeling much better.” He thanked everyone for their support and assured fans that he will be back soon.


Aasif Khan played Ganesh in Panchayat and Kabir M in Paatal Lok. He began his career with small roles in films like Ready and Agneepath, and went on to appear in movies such as Toilet: Ek Prem Katha, Pagglait, and The Bhootni. His fans and the film industry have been sending him wishes for a speedy recovery.
