 Kebbi Govt Donates 10 Hilux Vehicles to Boost Security on Sokoto–Badagry Super Highway  The Kebbi State Government has handed over 10 brand-new Hilux vehicles to the Federal Ministry of Works to strengthen security for personnel working on the Sokoto–Badagry Super Highway project. The vehicles were formally received by the Minister of State for Works, Bello Muhammad Goronyo, who praised Kebbi State Governor, Dr. Nasiru Idris (Kauran Gwandu), for the donation. Goronyo described the gesture as a clear demonstration of the state government’s commitment to protecting workers and contractors on the strategic highway corridor. He explained that the vehicles will be deployed exclusively to security operatives providing cover for construction teams along the section of the super highway passing through Kebbi State.  LGSC EXTENDS DATE OF COMPUTER-BASED TEST FOR ONGOING  RECRUITMENT EXERCISE


The Lagos State Local Government Service Commission (LGSC) wishes to inform all applicants that the date for the Computer-Based Test (CBT) for the ongoing recruitment into the Local Government Councils and Local Council Development Areas has been extended.




The test, originally scheduled to hold between 7.00am and 7pm on Monday, 7th July 2025, will now hold from Monday, 7th July to Friday, 11th July 2025.




This extension is in response to the congestion and traffic experienced by applicants and is aimed at ensuring accessibility and convenience for all participants.




Applicants are advised to strictly follow the step-by-step guide below to access and take the test:

1.⁠ ⁠Visit our official website: www.lslgsc.com.ng


Click on the Services tab (Use only Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge browsers for compatibility).




2.⁠ ⁠Access the CBT Portal:


Click on the link provided to access the portal.




3.⁠ ⁠Locate the Login Section:


Look for the area titled “Candidate Login”, “User Login Portal”, or simply “Login”.




4.⁠ ⁠Enter Your Login Details:




In the Username field, enter your unique ID in this format:


“Name/LGSC/State of Origin”


Example: Emeka/LGSC/Osun




Please note that the name should be written exactly as it appears on your Acknowledgement Slip.




In the Password field, enter the last 10 digits of your registration number, excluding the prefix.


Example: If your registration number is LSGSC/Ogun/0045770.8857040741, your password is 8857040741.

5.⁠ ⁠Login to Your Dashboard:




Click Login/Sign In.




Upon successful login, you will be redirected to your CBT Dashboard.




6.⁠ ⁠Start Your Test:




Review all instructions on the dashboard carefully.




Click on “Start Test”, “Attempt Test”, or “Begin Selection Test” to begin your first round of the selection test.




Important Notes:




Ensure your internet connection is stable before starting the test.




Do not refresh or close your browser while the test is in progress; doing so will automatically end your session.




Your password is the last 10 digits on your Acknowledgement Slip (as explained in point 4 above).




Only use the recommended browsers for smooth access (as explained in point 1 above).




It is advisable to take the test alone in a quiet and convenient environment.
