 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean.  MOB KILLS 3 SUSPECTED ROBBERS IN BENUE

The Benue State Police Command has confirmed the killing of three suspected robbers by some angry youths in Maav-Ya Community of Kwande local government area of the state.


A Police source who craved anonymity, said youths of the community apprehended the suspects identified as Zwanen Terzungwe, Iordepuu Gwa and Aondongu Terna who they accused of robbery and led them to the community council hall where they were beaten to death.


The source explained that security operatives on receiving reports of the incident, rushed to the scene.


However, he said the perpetrators responsible for the jungle justice fled before their arrival.


He added that the remains of the deceased suspects were evacuated and deposited at the Kwande General Hospital.
