 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville.  RUSSIA EXCHANGES 1,000 UKRAINIAN BODIES FOR 19 


On Thursday, Russia released the bodies of 1,000 Ukrainian soldiers killed in battle while Ukraine released the bodies of 19 slain Russian fighters.


This body exchange was part of the agreement reached between both countries in Turkey recently. Vladimir Medinsky, head of Russia’s delegation at the peace talks, confirmed the development.


“Following the agreements reached in Istanbul, another 1,000 bodies of Ukrainian soldiers were handed over to Ukraine today,” he said .


Medinsky showed proof of bagged bodies being transferred from refrigerated trucks during the exchange. Russia promised to release more than 3,000 Ukrainian bodies periodically if Ukraine meets certain conditions for a ceasefire.
