Lagos police launch investigation as jeweller  accuses its officers of harassment The Lagos State Police Command said it has commenced an investigation into a viral video of a jeweller accusing some policemen in the Festac area of the state of harassing him.  The command disclosed this in an X post on Saturday. The video, which circulated on X on Saturday morning, shows the businessman engaged in a struggle with some policemen. Later in the video, the businessman could be seen with a bloody face after allegedly sustaining a cut beside his right eye during the struggle with the police officers,  The jeweller later explained that the policemen from the Festac Division had stopped him for a routine search. TWO MEN CHARGED AFTER ALLEGED KNIFE ATTACK ON JUVENILES AT TROY FAIR IN PENNSYLVANIA. (PHOTO).


 Two men charged after alleged knife attack on juveniles at Troy Fair in Pennsylvania 

Two men have been charged with felonies after allegedly attacking three juveniles with knives at the Troy Fair on Friday. David Albarran, 34, from Elmira, and Elijah Putnam, 18, from Athens, face first-degree felony charges of aggravated assault and conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, along with misdemeanor simple assault charges.

One of the victims sustained a serious facial laceration, while the other two did not suffer significant injuries. According to police reports, the two uninjured victims said Albarran threatened them with a red curved knife, while Putnam allegedly attacked the injured victim, causing the facial wound. The victim was taken to Troy Hospital for medical treatment. Both suspects denied possessing knives, and police did not find any weapons at the scene. Albarran and Putnam were held at Bradford County Jail on $150,000 bail.
