 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. TWO MEN CHARGED AFTER ALLEGED KNIFE ATTACK ON JUVENILES AT TROY FAIR IN PENNSYLVANIA. (PHOTO).


 Two men charged after alleged knife attack on juveniles at Troy Fair in Pennsylvania 

Two men have been charged with felonies after allegedly attacking three juveniles with knives at the Troy Fair on Friday. David Albarran, 34, from Elmira, and Elijah Putnam, 18, from Athens, face first-degree felony charges of aggravated assault and conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, along with misdemeanor simple assault charges.

One of the victims sustained a serious facial laceration, while the other two did not suffer significant injuries. According to police reports, the two uninjured victims said Albarran threatened them with a red curved knife, while Putnam allegedly attacked the injured victim, causing the facial wound. The victim was taken to Troy Hospital for medical treatment. Both suspects denied possessing knives, and police did not find any weapons at the scene. Albarran and Putnam were held at Bradford County Jail on $150,000 bail.
