 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville.  WWE SmackDown to host Hulk Hogan tribute with legends attending

WWE is preparing a special farewell tribute to honor Hulk Hogan at Friday’s SmackDown event, with several wrestling legends expected to attend the ceremony. The tribute will take place just over a day after Hogan’s passing, with notable figures like Jimmy Hart, Sgt. Slaughter and Ted DiBiase are traveling to Cleveland to pay their respects.


WWE plans to go beyond the usual 10-bell salute typically held for wrestling icons, promising a night filled with heartfelt tributes to celebrate Hogan’s larger-than-life legacy. Fans and wrestlers alike can expect an emotional evening as they remember the legendary figure who passed away at 71 from cardiac arrest in Clearwater, Florida. Tributes have already poured in from prominent personalities, including Vince McMahon, Donald Trump, Ric Flair, The Rock, and Sylvester Stallone. SmackDown is scheduled to begin at 5 PM PT.
