 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots. A LOUISIANA MAN RAPED HIS LONG-TIME FRIEND "AFTER SHE REFUSED TO LET HIM DRINK HER BREAST MILK". (PHOTO).

 A Louisiana man r*ped his long-time friend "after she refused to let him drink her breast milk". 


38-year-old Cecil Fuller is being charged with second-degree r*pe after a disturbing incident in the woman's West Monroe, Louisiana home. 


According to court documents, Fuller showed up unexpectedly at a woman's house whom he had been friends with for over a decade. The victim had given birth two weeks before his surprise visit.


Reports indicate after showing up at 4:30 a.m. on August 5th, Fuller began to hound his friend (the victim) to allow him to drink her breast milk. The woman grew increasingly uncomfortable with Fuller's repeated requests and attempted to flee the situation to her bedroom. However, Fuller followed the victim into her bedroom and began to assault her.


Eventually Fuller would go on to fully r*pe the young mother. 


After Fuller left the home, the victim went to police to report the horrible incident and Cecil Fuller was arrested and charged with the incident.
