 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. GHANA’S ANTI-GRAFT AGENCY, FBI SEIZE SHATTA WALE’S LAMBORGHINI.(PHOTO).

   Ghana’s anti-graft agency, FBI seize Shatta Wale’s Lamborghini. US authorities have linked the vehicle to criminal proceeds of one Nana Kwabena Amuah, currently serving an 86-month sentence for financial crimes in the United States over $4.7m US fraud.

EOCO says Shatta Wale tried to keep it quiet after they seized his Lamborghini Urus. 


In a press release dated August 5, the anti-graft agency confirmed it executed a search at Shatta’s Trassaco home with support from U.S. authorities.


The luxury car is believed to be linked to a convicted fraudster in the U.S., and the FBI wants it returned.


But EOCO says Shatta Wale pleaded with officers not to let the public know. 


“He stated that the vehicle was a big part of his brand and that if supporters saw EOCO driving it away, it would destroy his brand,” the statement revealed.


Despite the request, the car was confiscated and is now in EOCO’s possession.
