 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots. SUNITA AHUJA HAS OFFICIALLY FILED FOR DIVORCE FROM HER ACTOR HUSBAND GOVINDA AT THE BANDRA FAMILY COURT, CITING ADULTERY, CRUELTY AND DESERTION AS THE GROUNDS FOR SEEKING SEPARATION. (PHOTO).

 Sunita Ahuja has officially filed for divorce from her husband Govinda at the Bandra Family Court, citing adultery, cruelty and desertion as the grounds for seeking separation. 

The petition was submitted on December 5, 2024, under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.


According to reports, the court had initially summoned Govinda to appear, but he failed to respond until a notice to show cause was issued in May 2025. Since June, the couple has been undergoing court mandated counselling in an attempt to resolve their differences. While Sunita has been attending the sessions in person, it remains unclear whether Govinda has joined physically or virtually.


The divorce proceedings have come into the spotlight after Sunita addressed speculation around their marriage in a recent vlog. Her remarks drew renewed attention to the couple’s personal life and ongoing legal battle.


Earlier this year, there were several reports suggesting that the couple was heading towards separation due to repeated disagreements and differences in lifestyle. The court process now marks a significant step in what appears to be a prolonged chapter in their relationship.
