  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. SUNITA AHUJA HAS OFFICIALLY FILED FOR DIVORCE FROM HER ACTOR HUSBAND GOVINDA AT THE BANDRA FAMILY COURT, CITING ADULTERY, CRUELTY AND DESERTION AS THE GROUNDS FOR SEEKING SEPARATION. (PHOTO).

 Sunita Ahuja has officially filed for divorce from her husband Govinda at the Bandra Family Court, citing adultery, cruelty and desertion as the grounds for seeking separation. 

The petition was submitted on December 5, 2024, under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.


According to reports, the court had initially summoned Govinda to appear, but he failed to respond until a notice to show cause was issued in May 2025. Since June, the couple has been undergoing court mandated counselling in an attempt to resolve their differences. While Sunita has been attending the sessions in person, it remains unclear whether Govinda has joined physically or virtually.


The divorce proceedings have come into the spotlight after Sunita addressed speculation around their marriage in a recent vlog. Her remarks drew renewed attention to the couple’s personal life and ongoing legal battle.


Earlier this year, there were several reports suggesting that the couple was heading towards separation due to repeated disagreements and differences in lifestyle. The court process now marks a significant step in what appears to be a prolonged chapter in their relationship.
