 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots. A 46-year-old Nigerian virgin recently visited a radio station to publicly announce her search for a husband, saying she feels time is running out.

The woman stated that she has never had an intimate relationship.


According to a post shared on X (formerly Twitter), the woman revealed in a viral video that she has never had an intimate relationship.


She explained that for the past three years, people have increasingly made her feel old, with men dismissing her as “this one is old” and children calling her “grandma.”


In an effort to find a partner, she approached the radio station for assistance.


“Time is going, I can’t continue like this. From three years ago, men see me as an old woman they’ll say ‘this one is old.’ If a child sees me, I’m called grandma. That’s why I came here to find help. I just want a person who is reasonable and responsible. I’m tired. People are beginning to see me as an irresponsible fellow in my community,” she said.
