BLOODY ATTACK AT AKUME JUNCTION: BUSINESSMAN SLAPPED, PHONE SNATCHED, RUSHED TO THE HOSPITAL

Chaos erupted at Senator George Akume Junction on Gboko Road when Abuja-based businessman, Ordubu Deli, was brutally assaulted in broad daylight.

According to witnesses, Deli’s convoy was halted by a sudden traffic jam when a heavy stone smashed into his security vehicle. As he stepped out to investigate, men allegedly bolted toward Akume’s residence.

The businessman went live on Facebook, chasing the suspects, before he was ambushed. One of the attackers, identified as “Tyohom,” allegedly delivered a deafening slap to Deli’s left ear, leaving him bleeding and disoriented. His phone was also snatched in the scuffle.

Security aides quickly evacuated him to hospital, where doctors confirmed he is bleeding from the ear and are monitoring him for possible internal injuries.

While police have opened investigations, allies insist neither Haakyav Tombu Peter nor Senator Akume had any hand in the attack. Family members are urging prayers for the businessman’s recovery as the shocking incident continues to stir outrage.
