 Catholic priest reportedly klled in Kogi  A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Samuel Opeyemi Oyetoro, has been reportedly killed by unknown assailants in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. According to reports, the priest was stabbed multiple times along Ajaokuta road on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. His body was found dumped at the roadside.  Rev. Fr. Oyetoro was born in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State and a native of Ayetoro in Ijumu Local Government Area.  Until his death, he served as a priest at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Egbe.  Malawian National on the Run After Allegedly Killing Bangladeshi Co-worker in eMalahleni


A Malawian national is on the run after allegedly killing a Bangladeshi national in eMalahleni (Witbank), Mpumalanga.


According to reports, the two men were working together in a local shop when the incident occurred. The suspect is believed to have killed his co-worker and hidden the body in a fridge inside the store.


After committing the crime, the suspect allegedly took an undisclosed sum of money from the shop and fled the scene.


Police have launched a manhunt and are urging anyone with information about the suspect's whereabouts to come forward.
