  Chikun/Kajuru Rep, Hon. Fidelix Bagudu, Announces New Appointments To Strengthen Inclusive Governance The Honourable Member representing the Chikun/Kajuru Federal Constituency, Hon. Fidelix Joseph Bagudu, has announced a wide-ranging list of new appointments aimed at deepening inclusive governance and enhancing representation across the constituency. The appointments, which take immediate effect, were unveiled in alignment with Kaduna State Governor Senator Uba Sani’s commitment to participatory governance. According to the lawmaker’s office, the list reflects deliberate efforts to ensure fair representation of all wards, communities, and interest groups across Chikun and Kajuru Local Government Areas (LGAs). A statement issued by the Media and Publicity Directorate noted that the move also fulfills the Honourable Member’s campaign pledge to integrate every segment of the constituency into the decision-making and governance structure. Protester arrested for trampling Charlie Kirk's memorial


A protester was arrested Sunday after trampling the memorial for Charlie Kirk outside the Turning Point USA office in Phoenix.

Video of the incident showed a man stepping on flowers and other tributes laid out for the recently killed conservative commentator. Bystanders intervened, with one person in a blue shirt throwing the protester to the ground before security and a police officer arrived. The man was then handcuffed by officers.

The Phoenix Police Department identified the protester as 19-year-old Ryder Corral, who faces multiple charges, including criminal damage and disorderly conduct.

Kirk, a conservative commentator and co-founder of Turning Point USA, was shot and killed last week during a Q&A at Utah Valley University. Tyler Robinson, 22, has been arrested and charged with aggravated murder in connection with the shooting.

In the days following Kirk’s death, reactions have been sharply divided, with many paying tribute while others have expressed criticism or disrespect.
