  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. Several people shot at a Michigan church, authorities say


Multiple people were shot Sunday at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Grand Blanc, Michigan, authorities said.

Police reported that the church had been set on fire, but confirmed there was no ongoing threat to the public. “The shooter is down,” the Grand Blanc Township Police Department said.

The FBI and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives are responding to the scene.

Attorney General Pam Bondi described the incident as a “horrific shooting and fire” and said federal agents were en route. She called the violence at a place of worship “heartbreaking and chilling” and urged prayers for the victims.

Governor Gretchen Whitmer expressed sympathy for the Grand Blanc community, saying, “Violence anywhere, especially in a place of worship, is unacceptable.” She thanked first responders for their swift action and said state officials would continue to monitor the situation.
