 Catholic priest reportedly klled in Kogi  A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Samuel Opeyemi Oyetoro, has been reportedly killed by unknown assailants in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. According to reports, the priest was stabbed multiple times along Ajaokuta road on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. His body was found dumped at the roadside.  Rev. Fr. Oyetoro was born in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State and a native of Ayetoro in Ijumu Local Government Area.  Until his death, he served as a priest at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Egbe.  Visitor dies after collapsing on roller coaster at Universal's Epic Universe 

A tragic incident occurred at Universal’s Epic Universe theme park in Florida on Wednesday night when a guest became unresponsive during a ride on the Stardust Racers roller coaster and later died at the hospital. Park officials confirmed the death in a statement but did not release the guest’s name.

Emergency responders rushed to the scene and transported the guest to a nearby hospital, where they were pronounced dead. Universal Orlando Resorts expressed condolences to the victim’s family and said the park is fully cooperating with investigators. The Stardust Racers ride has been temporarily closed as a precaution while the Orange County Sheriff’s Office investigates the circumstances surrounding the death. The sheriff’s office has not yet released additional details.
