A UNITED STATES MARINE IS OFFICIALLY CHARGED WITH KIDNAPPING AND S/A OF A 12-YEAR-OLD INDIANA GIRL. (PHOTO).


 A United States Marine is officially charged with kidnapping and S/A of a 12-year-old Indiana girl.


24-year-old William Roy, a Marine stationed at Camp Lejeune, is facing multiple felonies after his October 26th arrest in Durham, North Carolina.


According to the FBI, Roy traveled to Indiana to meet up with a 12-year-old girl. Roy and the 12-year-old then traveled back to North Carolina.


William Roy is being charged federally with enticement and transportation of a minor for illicit sexual activity. 


The case is being investigated by FBI field offices in Indianapolis, Charlotte, and Chicago.
