Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply. Speaking on Gbam interview Engr Felix noted that tradition has come to stay and People should be able to differentiate between tradition and evil. He asserted that tradition is good because that's  the ways our forefathers followed and lived Long.

  

Engr Igwebuike maintained that the main problem people are having in Igbo land now is neglecting so much tradition, even as you are going to church do not disregard your tradition.


Speaking further, Engr Felix said that any site he is working on, he must kill a goat, and the reason is because it's in the tradition to do so, by so doing your "ancestors will guide whatever you are doing in that site and even provide more so that the work will be moving."


Engr Felix also defended the governor of Anambra state saying that he knows what he is doing, that the governor's actions are to fish out the "bad native doctors" who prioritize deceiving the youths and fuelling illegality.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
