  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report.  LASG ISSUES TRAFFIC ADVISORY FOR REPAIR OF ADENIJI ADELE INTERCHANGE JUNCTION TO CMS


The Lagos State Government has issued a traffic advisory ahead of the repair works on the Adeniji Adele Interchange Junction to CMS.


The repair will take place between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. daily, commencing on Sunday, 12th October, and ending on Sunday, 23rd November 2025 - a duration of six weeks.


To minimise traffic disruptions, only one lane will be closed at a time, while the remaining lanes will be open to motorists.


The Commissioner for Transportation, Mr. Oluwaseun Osiyemi, assured that traffic management personnel will be deployed to the affected area to reduce inconvenience and manage vehicular movement during the repair works.


He urged motorists to comply with the directives of traffic officers on the ground to ensure smooth traffic flow.


ADVISORY:


Motorists are implored to be patient, as the lane diversion is part of the traffic management plan for the rehabilitation of the road by the Federal Ministry of Works.
