  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report.  LSDPC SIGNS LANDMARK JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT WITH MEH REPORTAGE


The Lagos State Development and Property Corporation (LSDPC) has officially signed a joint venture agreement with the Middle East Harvesters (MEH REPORTAGE) for the development of a world-class hotel and residential complex strategically located at the corner piece of Ozumba Mbadiwe, Victoria Island, Lagos.


The project, which stands as a major milestone in LSDPC’s urban development drive, will feature a 28-floor structure comprising 592 units that include studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, alongside conference facilities and retail spaces designed to enhance both residential comfort and commercial vibrancy.


At the meeting, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of LSDPC, Hon. Ayodeji Joseph, expressed his delight at the realization of the partnership, describing the project as a once in a lifetime opportunity. He noted that the initiative reflects the Corporation’s vision to create transformative developments that will redefine urban living standards in Lagos.


The partnership with MEH REPORTAGE marks a significant step forward in the Corporation’s commitment to delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-value real estate developments across Lagos State.
