 Press Release: Every Hisbah Officer Is a Peace and Security Ambassador in His Community. Kano State Governor Alh.Abba Kabir Yusuf has reaffirmed the determination of his administration to ensure security and peace  for the protection of lives and property across the state. The Governor, represented by the Commissioner for Religious Affairs, Sheikh Ahmad Tijjani Sani Auwal, made the commitment during a stakeholders meeting on the contribution of shari'a sector institutions toward promoting peace and security in Kano State. The meeting was organized by the Kano State Hisbah Board and held at the Coronation hall Government House, Kano. He emphasized that security is a collective responsibility and urged the Hisbah Board to focus more on providing intelligence reports to conventional security agencies, rather than limiting efforts to moral enforcement alone.  Minister of State for Works Donates Drugs to Fight Cholera Outbreak in Goronyo LGA, Sokoto State


In response to the cholera outbreak in Sokoto state, the minister of state for works,  Bello Muhammad Goronyo, has donated assorted drugs worth millions of naira to combat the public health crisis in  Goronyo local government area. 


The drugs are to be distributed to 11 wards in the area for the treatment of victims of the recent cholera outbreak.


The donation is part of the minister’s ongoing commitment to supporting public health initiatives in sokoto state, and it aimes at assisting those affected by the disease outbreak.


Chief medical director of Amanawa infectious diseases hospital, Dr Garba Muhammad, presented the drugs on behalf of the minister.


He says the gesture is an emergency response to the cholera outbreaks recorded in some communities of the local government area.


 He adds the donation is to complement efforts of the sokoto state government in containing the outbreak.


Chairman goronyo local government area, represented by the deputy director of health, Yakubu Miwake, explained that the drugs would be distributed across the wards to support treatment and curb further spread of the disease.


He commended the minister for his quick intervention, stating that the drugs will go a long way in supporting the effected communities.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
