 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville.  The Diesel Brothers partner, David Sparks taken into custody


David “Heavy D” Sparks, one of the stars of The Diesel Brothers, was arrested following a bench warrant issued on October 2.

The arrest stems from unpaid fees related to a Clean Air Act lawsuit filed by Utah Physicians for a Healthy Environment. Sparks, 40, reportedly owes $843,602.23 in court-ordered costs that have gone unpaid over more than three years. He was booked on Tuesday morning at Salt Lake City Jail at 7:33 a.m.

Sparks, along with his co-star David “Diesel Dave” Kiley, first gained attention after being featured by car enthusiast Jay Leno, who discovered them through their YouTube videos. Since then, the duo has worked with high-profile figures including Ye, Jake and Logan Paul, and even hosted Marshawn Lynch, who took part in monster truck stunts and car crushes on their show.
