 IGP DISU PAYS OPERATIONAL VISIT TO  AKWA IBOM, PRESIDES OVER PASSING-OUT CEREMONY OF 1,068 RETRAINED CONSTABLES The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, today, 30th April 2026, undertook an official visit to Akwa Ibom State, where he paid a courtesy call on the Executive Governor, His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, ahead of the passing-out ceremony of retrained Police Constables in Uyo. THE HOUSE REPRESENTATIVE HAS OUTRIGHTLY REJECTED THE NARRATIVE BY THE US SENATE THAT FRAMES NIGERIA'S SECURITY CRISIS AS 'GENOCIDE AGAINST CHRISTIANS' OR STATE-SPONSORED PERSECUTION.(PHOTO).

 The House representative has outrightly rejected the narrative by the US Senate that frames Nigeria's security crisis as 'genocide against Christians' or state-sponsored persecution.


In a motion presented by Deputy Speaker Benjamin Kalu, and supported by all members of the House of Representatives, the narrative put forth by the US Senate describing Nigeria's security issues as "genocide against Christians" or as state-sponsored persecution was strongly refuted. 


The motion calls for the relevant committees to, within 21 days, work in coordination with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Nigerian Embassy in Washington DC, and all pertinent security agencies to submit a formal diplomatic protest to the sponsors of the bill against Nigeria.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
