  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report.  Two Women Get Justice Through Anambra Ministry of Women Affairs


Mrs. Ogochukwu Onyema and Mrs. Nneka Jennifer, through the Ministry of Women Affairs, Anambra State, has expressed their profound appreciation to the government of Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo for his continued support in the fight against gender-based violence.


Mrs. Ogochukwu, who had been deprived of her late father’s property, successfully reclaimed her inheritance with the intervention of the Ministry and the support of the Governor.


Similarly, Mrs. Nneka Jennifer, who had been denied access to her children following a domestic dispute with her husband, also received justice after her case was presented in court. Despite not being an indigene of Anambra State, Mrs. Nneka was granted fair hearing and justice through the efforts of the Soludo-led administration.


The Ministry of Women Affairs reaffirmed its commitment to fighting all forms of gender-based violence in the state. It also called on women facing similar challenges to report their cases, assuring them of fair and amicable handling.
