Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply. A 5-YEAR-OLD LOUISIANA BOY LOST HIS LIFE WHILE WAITING FOR THE SCHOOL BUS AFTER BEING RUN OVER BY HIS GRANDMOTHER. THE GRANDMOTHER IS BEING CHARGED. (PHOTO).

 A 5-year-old Louisiana boy lost his life while waiting for the school bus after being run over by his grandmother. The grandmother is being charged. 


This tragedy unfolded in the Spartan Trace subdivision of Slidell, Louisiana, a little after 7 a.m. on the morning of Tuesday 11th. 


According to reports, the young child was waiting on his school bus in his driveway.  While he was waiting, his grandmother 55-year-old Kristen Anders, exited the home and got inside of her 2016 GMC Yukon to leave for work. 


Sadly, the grandmother did not notice the young child waiting for the bus and backed over him while leaving the driveway. 


While investigating the death, it was determined that Anders was under the influence of alcohol and central nervous depressants at the time of the accident. 


Kristen Anders was arrested on scene and is being charged with vehicular homicide.


Our thoughts are with the family as they deal with this unimaginable loss.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
