 The Traditional Ruler of Azumini Ndoki Ancient Kingdom in Ukwa East LGA, Abia State, HRM Eze Edward Eule (Onyenweali X), has dismissed claims by some of his subjects that he abandoned his throne following his temporary absence from the community. This is as six suspects have been arrested by the police in connection with the stealing of the community’s electricity transformer, thus plunging the community into darkness. The monarch, who is currently in the U.S, explained that his trip was to attend to personal and professional matters, adding that he will soon return to Nigeria. "I travelled to the United States of America in May 2025 to attend to some professional and personal matters. I am robustly healthy and fine, and I may soon conclude the task of my sojourn here", he said. Prof. Eule accused individuals he described as "mischief-makers operating under the guise of an Interim Ruling Council" of peddling falsehoods and propaganda about his alleged abdication. ...

Cardi B celebrates birth of fourth child, first with Stefon Diggs 

Cardi B has welcomed her fourth child, her first with boyfriend Stefon Diggs, a representative confirmed Thursday. The 33-year-old Grammy-winning rapper shared the news on Instagram alongside a video of her lip-syncing to “Hello” from her recently released album, Am I the Drama?.

In her post, Cardi B reflected on her personal and professional growth, writing, “My life has always been a combination of different chapters and different seasons. My last chapter was the beginning of a new season… I brought new music and a new album to the world! A new baby into my world, and one more reason to be the best version of me… This next chapter is Me vs. Me! It’s me against all odds… I’ve learned I’ve healed, and I’m loving the woman I’ve become!” She also shared in her Instagram Stories that the baby is a boy, though further details were not immediately available.

The birth follows Cardi B’s pregnancy announcement in September during a CBS Mornings appearance. At the time, she described feeling strong and empowered while balancing work and motherhood. Cardi B shares three children with her estranged husband, Offset, and said in the interview that she was initially hesitant to start a new relationship. She credited Diggs with providing stability, saying, “He just makes me feel safe and very confident and very strong.” Cardi B is preparing for her first arena tour, Little Miss Drama, set to launch in February, while continuing to promote her new album.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
