The ruling marks a major milestone in the reality star's quest for closure after what she previously described as the most terrifying ordeal of her life. Accountability Over Compensation The nominal sum awarded to Kardashian is exactly what she had requested from the court. In a joint statement with her stylist, Simone Harouche who was also present during the heist and received a matching 1-euro award Kardashian emphasized that the legal battle was never about money.  FEDERAL HIGH COURT PORTHARCOURT STRIKES OUT CASE  AGAINST NOSDRA


Federal high court sitting in Portharcourt Rivers State, has struck out a case brought against the National Oil Spill Detection and Response Agency, NOSDRA, filed by Percy Nyengiyikado and Aribiba Ngeribara and other 998 fishermen and women of Yayo-Ama village of Bolo community in Ogu/Bolo LGA for lack of merit..


According to the Director General of NOSDRA Chukwuemek Woke, the plaintiff acting as representatives of about one thousand fishermen and women of yayo-Ama village in Ogu Bolo LGA, filed a case against the agency in 2018, compelling the agency to perform  certain specific statutory duties in respect of two oil spills that occurred in 2008/2009 at the bolo west oil fields against shell petroleum development company of Nigeria.

In a landmark judgement delivered by Hon Justice E.A Obile,the case was struck out for lacking merit.
