  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report.  FIFA to introduce new peace prize at World Cup draw in Washington 

FIFA has announced the creation of a new peace prize, set to be awarded at the World Cup draw on Dec. 5 in Washington.

The FIFA Peace Prize will honor “exceptional actions for peace,” the governing body said Wednesday. “In an increasingly unsettled and divided world, it’s fundamental to recognize the outstanding contribution of those who work hard to end conflicts and bring people together in a spirit of peace,” FIFA President Gianni Infantino said. The award will be presented annually by Infantino “on behalf of fans from all around the world.”

The announcement comes amid recent connections between FIFA and former President Donald Trump, who was not selected for the Nobel Peace Prize last month despite lobbying efforts. Infantino and Trump were both scheduled to speak at an unrelated event in Miami on Wednesday. Additionally, FIFA recently appointed Trump’s daughter Ivanka to the board of a $100 million education initiative, partially funded by 2026 World Cup ticket sales.
