Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims.  Fourth death reported at Walt Disney World in one month

Another death has been reported at Walt Disney World, marking the fourth fatality on the property in the past month.

According to Florida’s Orange County Sheriff’s Office, a woman in her 40s was taken to Celebration Hospital on Sunday, where she was pronounced dead. Authorities say there are no signs of foul play.

This follows three previous deaths at Walt Disney World in recent weeks. On October 14, a 31-year-old woman died by suicide at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. About a week later, a man in his 60s suffered a medical episode and died at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground. Most recently, a 28-year-old man, Matthew Cohn, died by suicide at the Contemporary Resort.

Separate from Florida, Disneyland in California also reported a death earlier this month when a woman in her 60s was found unresponsive on the Haunted Mansion ride on October 8 and later pronounced dead at a hospital.

Disney has not issued a public comment regarding the latest incident.
