 AU urges de-escalation as fighting displaces over 180,000 in South Sudan’s Jonglei state The Chairperson of the African Union Commission called for immediate de-escalation and strict adherence to South Sudan’s 2018 peace agreement, as renewed fighting in Jonglei State displaced more than 180,000 people and raised fears of further civilian harm. In a statement, African Union Commission Chairperson Mahmoud Ali Youssouf said he was deeply concerned by the deteriorating security situation in parts of the country, particularly Jonglei, where escalating violence and inflammatory rhetoric have put civilians—including women and children—at heightened risk. South Sudanese authorities estimate the number of displaced in Jonglei at more than 180,000, the United Nations humanitarian agency OCHA said last week.  MNK PUBLICLY gave instructions for Nigerian service men and women to be killed and they were killed. All of the tapes of his instructions were tendered as evidence in court. 


MNK publicly gave instructions for anyone flouting his Sit At Home orders in the East to be killed and people were killed based on these orders. Evidence of this was given in court.


Waaay before he was arrested and his prosecution began, we saw all of this on social media and not a single person who knows anything about the law did not know that he was clearly guilty of these crimes.


MNK raised and sent money to thugs in the South East to commit acts of terrorism that killed many Igbo people. He didn’t do this covertly, and the prosecution showed this to anyone who wanted to be in denial of this.


He was given the chance to defend himself against these allegations and he voluntarily opted out (BECAUSE HE COULDN’T).


Nigeria as a whole is currently reaping the benefits of cuddling terrorists over tribal and ideological sympathies. You, with all your education, are trying to create and sustain another terrorist who has sanctioned the killing of multiple innocent Nigerians.


I don’t even care about that emotional nonsense. Yes terrorists are also in the north. Yes the northerners may have tried to protect their own terrorists. No, it doesn’t mean that another terrorist has to be created in the east to create a balanced, widespread system of terrorism. 


God forbid many bad things.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
