“No woman should suffer because she chose to leave a marriage” — Actress Mary Remmy Njoku writes emotional message to Regina Daniels

Actress Mary Remmy Njoku has reacted to Regina Daniels’ emotional video, where the actress tearfully spoke about her struggles.

Mary said watching the video brought her to tears because Nigerians practically watched Regina grow up on screen — from a child star to a wife and mother. She expressed sadness that Regina had to come online to cry for help.

She wrote:

“Dear Regina, watching your video this morning brought tears to my eyes. I practically watched you grow. In fact, all of Nigeria did.

As a mother of two daughters, I pray that if they ever come online to cry for help (God forbid), and I’m not here, may God raise an army to speak for them. Because this world can be wicked.”

Mary added that regardless of the private details of what led to issues in a marriage, one thing remains: once children are involved, respect should stay in place.

“When a marriage ends, real men understand that even if she stops being your wife, she never stops being the mother of your children.”

She called on Nigerian women to empathize instead of mock
