Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply.  One Suspect Fatally Injured, Another Detained Following House Robbery Pursuit


Two suspects believed to be involved in a string of house robberies and vehicle thefts in the Centurion and greater Pretoria areas were intercepted during a joint operation on Sunday, 09 November 2025.


Information was received regarding a group of suspects operating in the region, traveling in a white VW Polo. Units were deployed in the Centurion and Monument Park areas to monitor their movements.


The suspects were later spotted driving recklessly from Centurion towards Monument Park. Tactical teams pursued the vehicle, resulting in a high-speed chase. The suspects lost control and collided head-on with a civilian vehicle.


One suspect sustained fatal injuries, while the second was transported to hospital under police guard with serious injuries.


Preliminary investigations revealed the vehicle was stolen and positively linked to a Garsfontein case (CAS /10/2025). Various housebreaking implements, gloves, cellphones, and suspected stolen property were recovered.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity.
