Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply. According to him during a podcast interview on Gbam, Obi’s calm and strategic approach should never be mistaken for weakness.


Chibueze explained that Peter Obi believes in achieving his political and national goals through peaceful, intelligent, and people-centered methods. He described Obi as a highly smart and deliberate leader whose primary ambition is to save Nigeria from its current challenges.


He added that when Peter Obi eventually becomes the President of Nigeria, his administration will not be distracted by frivolities or political drama. Instead, Obi will focus on policies and actions that genuinely benefit ordinary Nigerians and move the nation toward progress, stability, and prosperity.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
