 Peter Obi lies like fish drinking water –Festus Keyamo Minister of Aviation, Festus Keyamo, has accused the 2027 Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, of deliberately fabricating claims regarding a recent airport incident. Speaking during an interview on Channels Television’s ‘Politics Today’ on Thursday night, July 30, Keyamo alleged that Obi lied about his experience at the airport to score political points. “That man was lying. He lies like a fish drinking water. He lies. He lies for fun,” Keyamo stated. The Minister noted that Obi had publicly complained of facing harassment from airport officials strictly due to his opposition status. President Tinubu meets security chiefs


Presdent Tinubu is currently in an extended security meeting with all the Service Chiefs including the Inspector-General of Police, Director-General of the DSS, and heads of our intelligence agencies at the State House.


According to a post on his social media page, President Tinubu said they are reviewing the latest reports and taking decisive actions to stabilise the affected areas and protect Nigerians. 


“I am receiving continuous briefings and have directed our security services to move with speed, precision, and absolute resolve.


As President, I am fully committed to the security of all Nigerians. Those who threaten the peace and security of our nation will face the full weight of the law.


Nigeria will prevail” the President said.
