Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011.  Rapper Young Bleed dies at 51 after suffering a brain aneurysm

Rapper Young Bleed, born Glenn Clifton Jr., has died at 51 following complications from a brain aneurysm.

His son, Ty’Gee Ramon, shared the news on Instagram Monday, saying his father “gained his wings” on Saturday and expressing a desire to continue honoring his legacy. Ty’Gee noted that while Young Bleed had never faced serious health issues, he managed high blood pressure with medication and described the fatal health event as “a natural thing.”

The Louisiana hip-hop artist had been hospitalized just days after a well-received performance at the Cash Money Verzuz No Limit event at ComplexCon in October. Tameka Long, mother of Young Bleed’s 10-year-old son, said he was placed in the ICU on a ventilator following a brain aneurysm caused by internal bleeding. Young Bleed’s mother confirmed the hospitalization was unexpected and set up a GoFundMe to help with medical costs.

Young Bleed was a key figure in putting Baton Rouge hip-hop on the map in the late 1990s, gaining attention through his collaboration with Master P on the 1997 I’m Bout It soundtrack. His 1998 album, My Balls and My Word, went gold and reached the Top 10 on the Billboard 200 under Master P’s No Limit label. He continued performing and pursuing music until his passing.
