Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply.  TROOPS ARREST MAJOR DRUG SUPPLIER TO TERRORISTS IN ADAMAWA


Troops of 232 Battalion (Tactical), operating under Sector 4, Operation Hadin Kai (OPHK), have recorded a major breakthrough with the arrest of a key drug supplier to Boko Haram terrorists, Zubairu Muhammed (45 years), in the early hours of 13 November 2025 at Uba town, Adamawa State. 


The suspect believed to be a major distributor of cannabis sativa and “ice” substances to terrorists across Askira-Uba, Chibok, Michika, and Damboa areas of Adamawa and Borno States.


Items recovered from him include: 14 blocks of cannabis sativa valued at over ₦1 million; 43.9 grams of “ice” valued at over ₦3 million, and two Army camouflage T-shirts reportedly used while peddling the illicit drugs.


Following preliminary investigations, the recovered exhibits will be handed over to the NDLEA, Yola Command, for further action. The Military High Command commended the  troops for  the  impressive  performance, urging them to sustain the operational tempo.
