AN ARKANSAS WOMAN AND HER TWO CHILDREN WERE FOUND DECEASED IN THEIR HOME ONE DAY AFTER HER FINAL DIVORCE HEARING. (PHOTO).

An Arkansas woman and her two children were found deceased in their home one day after her final divorce hearing. The man she divorced is a former Central Illinois physician. He was formerly employed as a physician at a Carle Clinic in Mattoon, Illinois.

Beautiful 40-year-old Charity Beallis had been telling anyone who would listen that she did not feel safe in the weeks and months leading up to her untimely death.

Charity had been in the process of leaving her husband Randall after a February 2025 severe domestic violence incident.

After the assault, Charity had split with Randall and was not only seeking a divorce, but also full custody of her children.

Randall was facing a litany of charges in connection to that February incident; however he would ultimately only be convicted of one count of third-degree battery. He received a one year suspended sentence and was served with a no contact order for his wife and children.

Charity had vented her frustration in the comment section of a local news FB page back in  August saying, "This is not just about me — this is about a system that protects offenders and rejects victims. Lives are at stake, including the lives of young children."

Charity went on to say, "I’m living this battle right now. I am the victim, yet I’ve been treated like the problem while the criminal — a local doctor — is being shielded by the very system that’s supposed to protect us."

Sadly, Charity would be found deceased only months later. On December 3rd, the Sebastian County Sheriff's Office was called to Charity's Bonanza, Arkansas, home for a welfare check. Upon gaining entry, deputies would make a gruesome discovery. Charity and her twin 6-year-old children were found deceased . All three had been shot.

This discovery was made only one day after Charity had appeared in court to finalize her divorce from her estranged husband, 56-year-old Dr. Randall Beallis.

The very next day after his children and estranged wife were found deceased, Randall would do something odd.

On Thursday, Dec. 4th, Randall's attorney filed a motion to dismiss the divorce case because, “the plaintiff passed away”. This is strange because the divorce was already finalized.

The Sebastian County Sheriff's Office says the investigation into these deaths is still ongoing.

As of now, Randall Beallis has not been named as a suspect.

Randall's attorney has stated Mr. Beallis is not responsible for the deaths of his wife and children. He says Randall has cooperated fully with the investigation. Charity's loved ones feel much differently.

Our thoughts are with the family of Charity Beallis and her children.  We hope they receive the justice they deserve.

Women in @busive relationships have a 75% higher chance of being a homicide victim when they leave the relationship, compared to the women who stay and suffer in silence. That's appalling. The man mentioned in this story is not named as a suspect, however Charity's words resonate with many people.
