  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. INDIA ASSAM CHIEF MINISTER HIMANTA BISWA SARMA HAS EXPRESSED HIS DESIRE TO BRING INTERNATIONAL POP SENSATION SHAKIRA TO GUWAHATI FOR A CONCERT IN THE COMING YEARS.(PHOTO).

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has expressed his desire to bring international pop sensation Shakira to Guwahati for a concert in the coming years. Speaking to reporters, the Chief Minister said that the state had an opportunity to host the global superstar in February, but the plan could not move forward due to certain circumstances.


CM Sarma stated that he hopes to make the concert possible either next year or sometime within the next two years, highlighting the state’s growing ambition to host world-class entertainment events. He added that the government is not limiting these efforts to Guwahati alone.


The Chief Minister shared that he also envisions inviting global performers to other major Assam cities such as Dibrugarh and Silchar in the future. The move, he said, would further boost the cultural landscape and tourism potential of the state, giving Assam a place on the global entertainment map.
