He further encouraged them to sustain the good works, assuring them that their efforts will not go unnoticed, while advising them to distance themselves from negative influences, noting that excellence thrives when individuals choose discipline, integrity, and positive company in the workplace.

Earlier in her welcome address, the Head of Administration and Human Resource, Ms. Zakinat Ranti Dosunmu, described the award ceremony as a call to greater effectiveness and responsibility among staff, noting that commitment and professionalism would always pay off in the long run.

Award recipients, drawn from various categories -- senior, junior and project, were presented plaques and gifts, in recognition of their outstanding contributions to the growth and success of LAWMA.

In his closing remarks, the Executive Director, Mr. Kunle Adebiyi, commended the awardees for distinguishing themselves through dedication, while urging them to view the recognition as a call to greater responsibility, assuring them that the initiative would be sustained.
