 AU urges de-escalation as fighting displaces over 180,000 in South Sudan’s Jonglei state The Chairperson of the African Union Commission called for immediate de-escalation and strict adherence to South Sudan’s 2018 peace agreement, as renewed fighting in Jonglei State displaced more than 180,000 people and raised fears of further civilian harm. In a statement, African Union Commission Chairperson Mahmoud Ali Youssouf said he was deeply concerned by the deteriorating security situation in parts of the country, particularly Jonglei, where escalating violence and inflammatory rhetoric have put civilians—including women and children—at heightened risk. South Sudanese authorities estimate the number of displaced in Jonglei at more than 180,000, the United Nations humanitarian agency OCHA said last week.  It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of Mickey Lee, a beloved contestant from Big Brother Season 27 (US, 2025).

 Her family announced her peaceful passing on December 25, 2025.Mickey, an event curator from Jacksonville, Florida, and based in Atlanta, Georgia, was a standout houseguest known for her vibrant personality, bold gameplay, and genuine spirit. She quickly became a fan favorite, winning powers like the HoH Interrogator and serving as Head of Household. She was evicted after 59 days, placing 10th (the last pre-jury position).


Her family described her as someone who "captured the hearts of audiences nationwide" and left a lasting impression through her strength and joy. They have asked for privacy during this difficult time and will share details about memorial services when ready.

Many from the Big Brother community, including castmates like Rachel Reilly, Jimmy Heagerty, and others, have shared heartfelt tributes, remembering her warmth and unforgettable presence.

Our thoughts are with Mickey's family, friends, and fans during this time of loss.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.  Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
