 President Trump awarded inaugural FIFA Peace Prize at World Cup draw in Washington  Gianni Infantino, the FIFA President presented the honour onstage at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts on Friday, saying Trump had been selected “in recognition of his exceptional and extraordinary actions to promote peace and unity around the world”. “This is your prize, this is your peace prize,” Infantino said, after Trump took the stage to accept the trophy, a medal and certificate. “There is also a beautiful medal for you that you can wear everywhere you want to go.”   FIFA says the prize is for “individuals who help unite people in peace through unwavering commitment and special actions”.  Accepting the award, Trump called it “one of the great honours of my life”, before claiming to have “saved millions and millions of lives – the Congo is an example, over 10 million people killed and it was heading for another 10 million very quickly. Ralph Lauren reveals Team USA uniforms for Olympic ceremonies


Team USA will make a stylish entrance and exit at the 2026 Milan Cortina Olympics, sporting new uniforms unveiled by Ralph Lauren for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies. This marks the brand’s 10th consecutive Olympics as the official outfitter for U.S. athletes.

For the Opening Ceremony at Milan’s San Siro Stadium, Team USA will wear an all-white ensemble featuring a wool coat with wooden toggles, a wool American flag turtleneck sweater, and wool trousers. The Closing Ceremony look at Verona Arena is more colorful, inspired by vintage ski racing kits, and includes a color-blocked puffer jacket, a patriotic wool sweater, and white utility pants. Both uniforms are completed with intarsia knit hats and mittens, leather belts, and suede alpine boots, all manufactured in the U.S.

The Ralph Lauren Team USA Collection will be available for purchase starting December 4 at select Ralph Lauren stores, department stores, and online. The collection offers apparel and accessories for men, women, and children, including leather shearling jackets with Team USA embroidery, statement sweaters, puffer jackets, printed fleece outerwear, and hockey-inspired pieces.
