Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Sarah Paulson receives star on Hollywood Walk of Fame 

Actress Sarah Paulson was honored with a star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame in recognition of her contributions to television.

The 2,829th star was unveiled Tuesday during a ceremony that included remarks from her partner, Holland Taylor, and fellow actress Amanda Peet. Paulson, a Tony Award winner for her performance in the Broadway production Appropriate, is widely recognized for her work on American Horror Story, where she has appeared across 10 seasons and is set to return for Season 13.

Currently, Paulson stars in All’s Fair alongside Kim Kardashian and Glenn Close, and she is set to play a serial killer in the upcoming anthology series Monster. Ana Martinez, producer of the Walk of Fame, praised Paulson’s impact, noting her star’s placement next to longtime collaborator Ryan Murphy. Murphy, along with Ian Brennan, serves as creator and executive producer for Monster, All’s Fair, and American Horror Story, highlighting their ongoing creative partnership.
