  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. Shock as 14-year-old boy allegedly takes the life of woman who raised him after she revealed she wasn’t his biological mother


A disturbing incident has left residents of Iju Ishaga in shock after a 14-year-old boy, identified as Emma Chris Okogbe, reportedly confessed to taking the life of the woman who raised him from infancy.


During questioning, the teenager explained that he recently returned from school in Delta State when a friend claimed the woman who raised him was not his real mother. The woman—who had trained him since he was a year old—reportedly confronted the boy spreading the rumour, who offered no concrete answers about his claims.


According to the boy, he later asked his guardian again, and she eventually confirmed she wasn’t his biological mother and told him he could look for his real parents when he was ready.


Investigators say the boy grew upset over the revelation, days later, he pushed her off the stairs and she was later confirmed dead and taken to the mortuary.


Despite raising him, sponsoring his education, and caring for him for years, the teenager admitted he acted out of anger over the discovery.


When asked what he expects from the government, he said he “doesn’t know” with no remorse on his face.
