Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply.  Young man who accused Senator Ned Nwoko of plotting to harm Regina Daniels breaks down in new video, says it was “just content”


The young TikTok user who went viral after accusing Senator Ned Nwoko of allegedly asking him to k*ll Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has now released a tearful apology, claiming the entire allegation was “just content.”


In the  video, the young man—who identifies himself as “Liar of TikTok”—went on his knees begging the senator for forgiveness, insisting he never expected the situation to escalate.


According to him, the original full video wasn’t posted, and the edited clip circulating online has now put him in serious trouble.


He repeatedly begged:


“Good morning sir, I am very, very sorry. Please forgive me. It was content. I didn’t know it would reach this level… I have nobody. No father, no mother. Please sir, I’m begging you with the God you serve. Forgive me.”

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity.
