 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean.  DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ALLEGATION ROCKS SOCIAL MEDIA IN BENUE AS MAN FINGERED IN LOVER'S ASSAULT

A wave of public concern has followed a social media post alleging domestic violence against a man identified as Mr. Suega Adega.


The allegation, brought to light by social commentator D’naked Elder Sughnen Yaaya, claims that Mr. Adega physically assaulted his girlfriend during a domestic altercation. The woman, who reportedly described him as her “lovely boyfriend and husband-to-be,” was said to have reported the incident to the police.


According to the post, the victim reached out for help after the alleged assault. However, efforts to contact Mr. Adega were unsuccessful, as several phone calls reportedly went unanswered.


Reacting to the development, the commentator stated that he has maintained a policy of staying out of romantic disputes since 2021, stressing that such matters should be handled strictly by law enforcement agencies, especially as a formal complaint had already been filed.


As of press time, Mr. Adega had not responded to the allegation, while the police were yet to issue an official statement on the matter.
