 OPERATION PEACE SHIELD: 6 BRIGADE TROOPS RESCUE KIDNAPPED VICTIM DURING ONGOING OPERATIONS Troops of 6 Brigade, Nigerian Army, under Sector 3 of Operation Whirl Stroke (OPWS), have successfully rescued a kidnapped victim following sustained, robust, and aggressive search and rescue operations within the Brigade Area of Responsibility. On 27 January 2026, troops deployed at Dogon Gawa, Taraba State, while conducting ongoing search and rescue operations, sighted and rescued a man who had been abandoned in the bush by his captors. The victim was later identified as Mr Ghali. Further investigations revealed that Mr Ghali and another victim, Mr Simon Oluchukwu, were abducted on 11 January 2026 at Gbise Village, Mbayonga of Benue State. During the abduction, their driver was sadly killed by the kidnappers.  Driver of Lexus SUV arrested over Anthony Joshua accident— Ogun Police


The Ogun state police command has confirmed the arrest of the driver of a Lexus Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) in connection with the Anthony Joshua accident.


The confirmation was made by the spokesperson of the command, DSP Oluseyi Babaseyi, on his X page on Thursday, January 1. Babaseyi mentioned that investigations into the incident were still ongoing.


“The driver of the Lexus SUV is currently in custody in connection with the Anthony Joshua accident case. Investigations are ongoing.”Babaseyi tweeted

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.  Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
