 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. With unwavering conviction, Chief Ajulufo emphasized that Nigeria's potential is boundless, but its realization is hindered by ineffective leadership. He stressed that the nation's challenges are not due to a lack of talent or resources, but rather a dearth of visionary leaders who prioritize the greater good.


According to him, this is a season for accountability, integrity, and patriotic action, not excuses. He urged Nigerians to rise above the status quo and demand better leadership, highlighting that silence in the face of poor governance is tantamount to consent.


As he prepares to embark on a new journey, Chief Ajulufo has made a commitment to serve, driven by a sense of responsibility, integrity, and love for the nation. He plans to engage in consultations with various stakeholders, including mentors, elders, professionals, and grassroots leaders, to chart a course for positive change.

As the President of Onitsha Country Club, President CKC Onitsha Old Boys Association class of 98 and Chairman of the Caretaker Committee, Borehole Estate GRA, Onitsha, he has demonstrated his ability to drive growth, expand membership, and invest in infrastructure.


As the new year unfolds, Chief Ajulufo's message serves as a clarion call to Nigerians to demand more from their leaders and to take an active role in shaping the nation's future.

Ajulufo is the President, Onitsha Country Club (2023-2025, re-elected till 2027), President, CKC Old Boys Class of '98 (2023-2025, re-elected till 2027), Chairman, Caretaker Committee, Borehole Estate GRA, Onitsha (2025-till date), acquired land for CKC Old Boys (worth over ₦1bn), he has Invested over ₦500m in infrastructure and development at Onitsha Country Club and has completed ₦150m drainage project at Borehole Estate, Onitsha
